An active asana practice to open the heart to what's possible.

Some people find heart openings to jubilant and exhilarating, while others find these shapes to do the opposite. I encourage you to stay curious in your practice - particularly if big emotions rise up.

This is normal. Give yourself permission to feel the way you feel, and if you have any questions or want to dive into why emotional releases happen in a practice, know you’re welcome to ask.
