Semi-Private Yoga Journey
8-Week In-Person Yoga Series (Semi-Private Groups)
This is not drop-in yoga. This is an 8-week guided experience for people who are ready to feel better in their bodies - for good.
In these small, semi-private groups (just 2–3 people), you’ll receive personalized attention, weekly in-person sessions, and support between classes. Each 75-minute session includes movement, breath, and rest tailored to you, plus time to connect over tea and check in with your body, your goals, and your needs.
This is a space to feel held, seen, and gently challenged. To remember how to rest. To move from obligation into curiosity. To come back to your body and your breath in a way that changes things.
There’s space for laughter, questions, and imperfection. No performance. Just you, your breath, and the slow unfolding of a body coming home to itself.
What you can expect:
A small, semi-private group of up to 3 people
Weekly 75-minute in-person sessions (yoga, meditation, reflection)
A trauma-informed, accessible, and grounded experience
Supportive take-home resources and journal prompts
Guidance from a teacher who meets you where you are — no performance, no pressure
Cost: $750 / person

A portion of all tuition funds free yoga offerings for those who face barriers to care.
