8-Week In-Person Yoga Series (Semi-Private Groups)

If you ARE a small group of 3 people & would like to take a journey together, scheduling is flexible.

This is not drop-in yoga. This is an 8-week guided experience for people who are ready to feel better in their bodies - for good.

In these small, semi-private groups (just 2–3 people), you’ll receive personalized attention, weekly in-person sessions, and support between classes. Each 75-minute session includes movement, breath, and rest tailored to you, plus time to connect over tea and check in with your body, your goals, and your needs.

This is a space to feel held, seen, and gently challenged. To remember how to rest. To move from obligation into curiosity. To come back to your body and your breath in a way that changes things.

There’s space for laughter, questions, and imperfection. No performance. Just you, your breath, and the slow unfolding of a body coming home to itself.

What you can expect:

  • A trauma-informed, accessible, and grounded experience

  • Supportive take-home resources and journal prompts

  • Guidance from a teacher who meets you where you are — no performance, no pressure

  • Weekly group livestream classes over Zoom

A portion of every tuition directly funds free yoga opportunities for people who would not otherwise have access.

For less than $95 per session, you’ll receive 75 minutes of semi-private yoga, personalized guidance, take-home resources, and between-session support. Experience the intimacy of private yoga with the shared energy (and shared cost) of a small group. A level of care and attention that usually costs much more.

Location & Details:
Sessions take place in my private home studio in Ottawa’s Wellington West neighbourhood. It’s a cozy, grounded space where we can slow down and work closely together. I also share my home with a very friendly cat — so if you’re allergic, this may not be the best fit.

Because this offering is intimate, we’ll begin with a free 20-minute info session. It’s a chance to meet, ask questions, and make sure this is the right vibe for you.
