We’ll start the year with a focus on shoulders. This is one of the most mobile joints in the body, and it sacrifices stability for that deep range of motion.

Do not be afraid of your body. Be curious about it’s abilities, and limitations - without judgement.

Bring your awareness into the sensations in your body while practicing asana, and get to know your body from the inside.
