Breath of Joy

Breath of Joy is a full body breathing exercise to get your prana moving, and get you feeling more energized and focused.

Inhaling through the nose in 3 steps and exhaling through the mouth with a loud HA.

This is not recommended if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions. People with head or eye injuries should consult a healthcare prefessional.
